Disallowed Activity

These are the activities that are not allowed in discussions or marketplace activity on Z10 Market. We do not publish the internal moderation logic for each item; restrictions are based on legality, ethics, trust, and platform safety.

If you received a warning and were directed to this page, read carefully. Violations may result in content removal, warning points, account suspension, or permanent ban.

1. Financial and Account Fraud

• Hacked/stolen accounts (including SIM swap obtained accounts) are strictly prohibited.
• Financial fraud content is forbidden, including stolen payment data or fraud-enabling information.
• PayPal fraud, false verification, stolen wallets, carding, and related abuse are prohibited.
• PayPal holder services are prohibited and may lead to immediate account closure.
• Cryptocurrency fraud (wallet theft, malicious RAT use, scam methods) is prohibited.

2. High-Risk/Illegal Services and Goods

• Financial crimeware (e.g., malware designed to steal card/bank data) is prohibited.
• Trading Amazon/eBay accounts is prohibited due to personal/payment data risk.
• Blackmail, extortion, phishing, and social engineering abuse are prohibited.
• Replica/counterfeit merchandise promotion or sales are prohibited.
• HYIP, Ponzi, and pyramid schemes are prohibited.

3. Platform Abuse and Deceptive Behavior

• No multiple accounts, no account sharing, no ban evasion, no character evasion.
• No fake giveaways, fake services, fake programs, fake/leaked/public exploits.
• No misleading thread titles, excessive bumping, mass tagging, or report-system abuse.
• No vouch/reputation manipulation (fake vouches, rep-trading, invalid reputation).
• No proxy selling for banned members.

4. Malware, Hacking, and Harmful Content

• No malware distribution, infection attempts, account theft attempts, or hacking discussions intended for abuse.
• No discussions about harming platform infrastructure, users, or services.
• No adult shock content, hate/racism content, or unlawful violent/extremist content.

5. Restricted Categories

• Virtual card/bank abuse topics (VCC/VBA misuse context) are not allowed.
• Movie piracy, illegal IPTV, warez distribution, and similar copyright abuse are prohibited.
• Unapproved gambling operations (on-site lotteries/pools/drawings) are prohibited.
• Fraud-prone categories may be restricted at any time (e.g., specific high-risk account types).

6. Middleman and Deal Safety Notes

• Unauthorized middleman advertising is prohibited unless explicitly allowed by role/policy.
• All deals carry user risk; staff can review disputes only with sufficient evidence.
• Staff do not guarantee recovery/refund in private deals unless required by law/policy.
• Use official dispute channels; do not bypass process by contacting staff privately.

7. Reporting and Enforcement

• If you see prohibited activity, report it through official report/dispute channels.
• Z10 Market may remove content and take account action without prior notice where risk is high.
• Serious violations may trigger immediate permanent suspension and legal cooperation where required.

8. Policy Acceptance

By using Z10 Market, you agree to follow this Disallowed Activity Policy, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and all platform rules and guidelines.

Rules and policies may change at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of current policy versions.
